Haadson Resort was conceived as a modern
Thai style retreat
that fulfils the standards of contemporary holiday destinations.
Situated on Bangsak Beach, access to the resort is
from the
beach front promenade. The setting covers 9 acres of
unspoiled
tropical casuarina forest & coconut plantation,
including a beach
front island and lake, Haadson Resort offers a truely
unique setting.
Co-designed between Thai and German architects, the
planning
of the resorts individual guest villas and facilities
reflects a lifestyle that is calm and soothing. The
wonderful
ambience of the design and the resort’s high standards
of service and detail add to a wonderful holiday experience.
The resort is located in the South Western province
of Phang-Nga.
The traveling time is 60 minutes by car from Phuket
International Airport, 15 minutes from Khaolak centre,
and 15 minutes from Takuapa Town.

Haadson Resort has a total of 39 guest rooms; comprising of 10 Island
Villas located on a beach front Island, 9 Lakeside Villas
on the mainland side, as well as 5 Coconut Villas each
with 4 individual guest rooms that are located on the
coconut field.
The 19 Island and Lakeside Villas are situated on the
waters edge with direct access to the lake, while the
remaining guest rooms of the Coconut Villas look onto
the lake and have garden views.
The resort achieves very simple, uncluttered, stylised,
yet highly comfortable spaces. The emphasis has been placed
on the material choice and colours for the interiors and
the furnishings.
All the guest rooms have either a
King size Bed or Twin Beds without the traditional blankets,
but with Comforters.
Every room has their own private balcony that provides
access to either the lake or to the garden. As well,
all bathrooms are uniquely planned, an interesting feature
being windows that open out into the room and allows
guest to have views of the scenery beyond.
Coconut Villa Rooms
There are 5 Coconut Villas, all located in the coconut
field, and each villa has 4 individual guest rooms;
2 rooms on the ground floor, and 2 rooms on the first
floor. Ground floor rooms provide direct access to the
garden, while first floor rooms have views of the lake.
The furnishing are similar to those of the individual
villas, the difference being the use of crimson red
for the fabrics.
Each individual Coconut Villa Room is 45 sq.m including
balcony.
Island & Lakeside Villas
These 19 individual villas enjoy the best setting as
every villa has direct access to the lake. A leather
daybed is also placed on the terrace for lounging, and
all bathrooms have both an internal and external bath
area; the Lakeside Villas have an open air terrazo bathtub,
and the Island Villas have an open air rain shower.
Island Villas are 50 sq.m including balcony.
Lakeside Villas are 55 sq.m including balcony.

Swimming Pool & Sundeck
This area defines the underlying theme of the resort;
understated simplicity and serenity; the large pool
is of a simple rectangular shape and reflects the surrounding
greenery in using handmade ceramic tiles, while the
extravagantly sized timber sundeck is perfect for relaxation.
Massage Sala
The massage facilities of Haadson Resort is located
on the island and consist of 3 open air pavilions nestled
in the landscape. Guest can enjoy a variety of traditional
Thai Massage therapies.
Library Sala
Sitting adjacent to our Lobby, in a similar modern Thai
sala is our Library. It is a multi-purpose space; where
guest can enjoy the comforts of our daybed while reading
and relaxing, or even have a light snack while playing
board games & using the internet. A small section
of our library has a selection of local products for
sale.
Food & Beverage Facilities
Restaurant: The Terrace
The Terrace Restaurant overlooks Bangsak Beach and consist
of 2 open style Sala with a large timber deck that can
seat up to 60 persons. Choice of food available is comprised
of contemporary Thai and International cuisine. All
meals are served at the Restaurant, and guest can choose
to dine in the Sala or on the open-air deck. The Restaurant
operates from 7:00am to 10:30pm
Alcohol & Coffee Bar: the Terrace Bar &
the Petite Bar
The Main Bar of the resort is directly next to the restaurant,
and makes great use of the large timber deck to serve
alcohol, coffee, refreshments, and light snacks. The
bar opens from 11:00am and goes on late into the night,
providing a relaxing chill-out space for guest.
There is also a Petite Bar that is located on the pool
deck.
This operates from 11:00am to 5:00pm
